Ronin

RONIN, mother of the new technology in the worldwide scene of milling «made in FPT».

RONIN concept will represent the milestone of the new generations of travelling
column type milling-boring machines for the most advanced mechanical machining,
present and future.

Designed according to revolutionary criteria and philosophy, the concept of RONIN
is covered by International patent.

One of the most important characteristics of RONIN is that of integrating the column
in a unique monolithic structure with the longitudinal sliding saddle (X axis).

The result is exciting under all points of view. RONIN differs itself from all competing
machines for its qualities of utmost stiffness, of dynamic feedback, for its capabilities
to perform extremely heavy machining with high powers, high accuracy machining,
as well as for its finishing quality.

RONIN can be installed at floor level. Thanks to its lowered trim morphology, there
is no need of expensive, bulky and uncomfortable foundation pits normally necessary
for its competitors to have an acceptable distance between table and spindle nose.

The consequence is a cheaper foundation, about 50% less, and a machine definitely
easier for the operator access also in terms of preparation and set up.

The maintenance and cleaning of RONIN is very simple, bringing to further savings.
